    NOTE FOR DELEGATES

    – The conference is scheduled to start by 4:00 pm on 9th August and at 8:00 am on 10th August, 2024

    – Regn. Fees does not include any accommodation and travel expenses during Conference.

    – Special request for travel, accommodation, airport transfer, taxi, visit to tourist spots (such as Ooty, Coonoor, Madurai, Kochi, Kodaikanal, etc) shall be sent by email. This service is on a chargeable basis.

    – Limited Accommodation can be made available at a concessional rate at The Residency. For reservations at other hotels, email may be sent to ICF office.

    – Kit coupon, Lunch & Dinner coupon along with Name Tag Mandatory
